For this reason, Jordi Pérez, placed special emphasis on the importance of “taking advantage of synergies that translate consumption into wealth, promoting specific revitalization actions that, such as the Ruta de Cruces and Tapas, contribute to this”.
He highlighted the role of the Chamber of Commerce as a pivotal element of a Route that makes the region and advocated promoting inter-administrative cooperation as a strategy to promote socio-economic development not only in Santa Cruz de La Palma, Breña Alta, Breña Baja and Villa de Mazo. In addition, he thanked the involvement and effort made by the 32 participating establishments as well as the routers who consumed more than 17,500 tapas in this new edition.
